If the companies didn’t like the financing deals why did they sign - NVDA took the risk of the companies not being able to sell THEIR product.

the government just needs to regulate how earnings and Financials are reported and tracked. Its the same reason why no one trusts EBITDA and more. its too easy to fudge the numbers and trick investors.
