@well.north.living: 🌕 Ever heard of moon water? It’s one of the simplest self-care rituals out there: fill a clear jar with water, set an intention (what you want to bring in during the upcoming lunar cycle or something you want to release), let the water sit out overnight under the full moon, and bring it in by morning before the sun comes up. That’s it 👌 🙏 This ancient practice is used to pause and reconnect with yourself and what’s to come. Use your moon water however feels right — sip it in the morning, add it to a bath, or water your plants. ✨ 💧No wrong way to do it. The magic is in the moment you take for yourself ❤️ 🌕 Save this for the next full moon 🌕 #MoonWater #FullMoonRitual #SelfCare #intuition #WellNorthLiving
