I have seen drivers cross lanes in the tunnels, which is illegal, dangerous, and insane in this tunnel.

I’m so confused as to how people crash in these. Like it’s not hard to go a certain speed, maintain it and not cross lanes. Not hard. People are stupid

I fear this every time I have to drive through the tunnels. People are dumbasses and switch lanes like race car drivers in there or ride the bumper of the person in front of them at high speeds and cause accordion crashes when someone has to stop or slow down suddenly.

last weekend I was coming home from New York and this tunnel is like the LAST section of highway before I finally can get off and OF COURSE there were 2 separate accidents at the same time so I had to take some insane back way the rest of the way. Like what is wrong with people just DRIVE NORMALLY it’s not that hard

This comment section explains exactly how this happened. People who follow the rules of the road and people who say “the speed limit is a suggestion 🤘🏼🏎️💨😎” — like you literally will get there a minute faster by speeding and risk killing people bc it makes you feel like a badass. We live in a society and you’re selfish.
