Listen, blue cheese on a burger was life changing 😅 I can take it or leave it on wings. Little too strong to use on a salad but I've done it, not the best use for it

Blu cheese is the best. Ranch is trash. Need blu cheese on wings. We just got some nice Stilton to put on our steak. There have only been 1 or 2 varieties of blu cheese that I didn’t really care for.

yes! dip for buffalo wings, in Cobb salads, mixed with butter and herbs for a compound butter steak topping, on a burger with bacon and sautéed onions. so wonderfully perfect
