Paratha Bread Ingredients * 400 g flour * 200 g water (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) * 2 tbsp oil * 1 tbsp salt * Cornstarch, for rolling Filling * 120 g butter, melted (½ cup) * Green onion, chopped * Cumin seeds Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix the water, oil, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 2 minutes. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 2 pieces, sprinkle cornstarch on the bottom and top, then roll each piece as thin as you can. 2. Spread half of the melted butter over each piece, then sprinkle with chopped green onion and cumin seeds. Roll tightly and divide into 5 pieces total. 3. Flatten each one to give it a round shape, then place them in plastic, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 4.
