I only buy garlic from gilroy. You can tell Chinese garlic because the bottom is pure white. RR rach will have a purplish ring at the bottom. Choose wisely, it matters.

Chinese garlic teavels long and it will never have the same quality of local garlic its the same here in costa rica many people make medicine from garlic but it has to be locally grown the chinese doesnt have the same strenght.
