So I guess now the person with the Halloween decor that makes sound is getting sued because it scared the elderly woman, then I guess he can sue the store or company the item came from for being to loud & scary and causing potential death so then the company can stop selling Halloween decor as well as the stores and everyone can just stop selling anything scary and in fact let’s just do away with everything that makes a noise over a certain pitch, let’s think this whole planet. Nothing Hot because someone may burn themselves, no swimming pools because someone may drown, windows that doesn’t open because a child may fall out if it. What else can we do away with because someone may get hurt? Sports? Someone may get hit by a ball 😳 maybe the new dress style for everyone is a not breakable bubble wrap outfit that includes a head cover ?? What do think ? Everyone is wants to sue for everything under the sun
