@madebykateryna: Creamy Salmon & Broccoli Phyllo Pie Crispy phyllo + creamy salmon filling = such a good dinner. 🔥 Ingredients: * 6–8 phyllo sheets * Melted butter * 1 onion * Garlic * Broccoli * Fresh salmon, cubed * 3 eggs * Cream cheese * Heavy cream * Fresh dill * Salt, pepper & spices * Shredded cheese, optional Directions: Brush each phyllo sheet with melted butter and layer into a baking dish. Sauté onion and garlic, then add broccoli and cook for a few minutes. Add the broccoli mixture to the phyllo crust and arrange salmon pieces over the top. Whisk eggs, cream cheese, heavy cream, dill, and seasonings. Pour over the salmon and broccoli. Add shredded cheese if desired.
