CoS isn’t just going to die out. Most players have dedicated way too much time and effort to it to make a switch like that. Also, Harp Isles will have the same fandom/player base as CoS since they’re incredibly similar gameplay wise. Give it like half a year and if harp isles has any significance still the fandom is going to be an exact repeat of CoS

Im aware harp isles is in beta. I do NOT see it contending with creatures of sonaria. It has VERRRYY different gameplay, it's its own game, the only relevance is aliens on a different planet. I understand theyre both survival, but the movement mechanics and flight mechanics compared to sonaria heavily imply harp isles is going to be JUST survival with pvp only being there when necessary (Which I understand some people will like) The Ui feels VERY crowded and rushed, choosing a wheel for the ingame menu was a poor choice in my opinion. To be fair on sonaria, with no bias, the game is improving with statements from campfire saying theyre going to reduce creature releases ect

Harp isles will be the same thing as sonaria, just more buggy because it's new and that's it. Sonaria will be better anyway, it's literally been hours of harp isles release and nothing happened, sonaria is normal and harp isles just lost players
