As a cop, I’m not debating the idea of criminality and purpose of the HA or other diamond patchers. However, public display of colors is the benefit law enforcement has to identify members and suspects tied to criminal cases. It makes mapping their movements, their habits, and potential criminality extremely easy. Quebec shot themselves in the foot.
