I hope this finds you well your I was born with a much milder x linked ichthyosis for 35 years I struggled with it given up on doctors and dermatologist years ago went to one because skin cancer on my ear he wanted to try something and prescribed me Acitretin which is for psoriasis it gave me relief and helped me shed after 35 painful years especially the winter it gave me relief I have never felt I know your trying everything for this angel but I try and pass it along to anyone I meet or come across that there is always hope for something to help I know she’s young and it’s a strong steroid but just something to maybe ask your dermatologist.

a family member of mine has poriasis they went through infusion which helped the poriasis tremendously. it didn't go away completely but it helped definitely. they recently switched to a shot they take every two weeks. got it through kiaser hope that helps.
