I was at 29 palms in the late '90s and we had a division stand down and they told us about The ether bunny.. same concept except they used ether to knock you out and you woke up and your butt hurt and you found out what happened once you went to medical.

A guy in my platoon chased him down at night and caught him. We all fell out for morning pt and he was in his silkies and socks being escorted back to his room by the MPs. The guy was a Navy Corpsman.
