I think rn i’m like , my spirit came to earth with some mission to grow and learn in ways that are fundamentally unknowable to me so in any experience (painful experiences especially) I am viewing it as part of the mission … maybe for someone this might feel bad to think there is some unknowable mission lol but to me it is empowering bc Im like no I am here on a MISSION I have to keep GOING!!! But I too like the idea of thinking of everything as like, an offering with some potentiality inside of it

In my family theories class in college we learned that you can disprove a theory but you can’t actually prove a theory. No matter how much evidence you have in support of a theory there is always possible that something exists out there that could disprove it entirely. And because you can’t prove that it’s “true” you shouldn’t concern yourself with that, but instead the usefulness of the theory. Believing in potential is incredibly useful.
