I literally had to file a complaint and for kidnapping because I was on FaceTime with my son for 40 minutes because the bus driver would not let the kids off. Of course because one of the kids made an offensive comment towards him but that doesn’t mean hold the kids hostage. Make the complaint with the school when it comes to the kids and let them figure it out
