Hi Darlin! you’re beautiful just as you are. But if a GLP-1 helps you along toward the goals you’ve set for yourself, then you’ve got this in stride. Other opinions don’t qualify 🌸

Wow!! Congrats on the 185 lbs! That is super impressive. I know people have feelings about glp1s, but, they have really helped me. I don't have food noise screaming at me all day everyday. I have more energy and don't hurt as much so I actually enjoy exercising. It's easier to eat healthy because I'm not constantly starving. I am so excited for you on your continued weight loss journey. Best of luck to you.

They are finding GLP1 helps with other things besides weight loss so your inflammation will go down, a friend of mine is fairly thin but they put her on it for her back!! So you do you!

Congratulations!! It is beyond hard work. I’ve lost over 100 naturally too. Then something hard happens in life or I live where we have hard winters and it’s harder to be active then and I gain some back. It’s an everyday fight. Keep staying positive!! You’ve got this!

I did the sleeve and for me it was all in diet. It was so hard but I’m glad I did it. But everyone is different. I love your spirit. Do what works, don’t give up. Start with small goals.

Girl I’ve been on a GLP-1 on and off for the last 2 years. It’s a tool, there’s absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about. You’re doing all the right things, sometimes life just gets to us and we lose motivation or momentum to continue the things we’ve worked on. You’re doing great, congratulations on the natural weight loss. I’m excited to see the rest of your journey💚

I myself am 380/385 depending on the day and time of day and feel the same as you as far as not feeling as big as the scale says, I started a GLP-1 4 weeks ago myself and I’m also working on just consistency with moving my body and making better choices, we’re in this together babe and we got this!

I don’t know you, but from the smart and articulate way you explain your journey, I’m now a huge fan of yours! You have such a positive attitude so I don’t think I need to send you good vibes, so I hope you won’t mind me celebrating with you along the way ❤️

aye mamita. Happy to be a new follow. No need to feel hard on yourself for doing what you need to do. The best way GLPs were explained to me is they are for when your body cannot recognize the "I'm full," signals. So if that's you,and what you need to do, so be it. It's your body mama. <3

Bestie! Thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing this. You should NEVER feel embarrassed for doing whatever you need to do to take your life and your health back. Your journey is your journey, and there is so much strength in continuing to fight for yourself even when it hasn’t been easy. I’m actually only on week 2 of my Wegovy journey I’ve waited a long time for my insurance to cover it , and I’m feeling ALL the emotions nervous, excited, hopeful, and honestly scared to get my hopes up. Food has always been one of the hardest parts for me, and I’ve spent so much time hating my body and feeling trapped in it. I just want to be healthy, live a long life for my kids, and finally feel like I’m living instead of letting my weight hold me back. I’m in this journey with you, I mean it. I’m so excited to follow along, cheer you on, learn from you, and hopefully let your journey motivate me through mine too. We’re doing this bestie!!🫶🏻✨🌷

Hey, love!!! First of all, just wanted to remind you that you’re absolutely beautiful!! Second, your video about the MRI just came across my FYP, and I check out your page from there. I can totally relate to you with your weight loss journey. I’m four-ish months in on a GLP1 and it has been so eye opening for me. I’ve lost a little over 40 lbs since September 2025 (naturally lost 12 lbs before GLP1!!). My highest recorded weight was almost 370 lbs… and now I’m down to 329!!! I’m proud of myself, but have noticed I’ve lost some motivation because my weight has plateaued for the last month or two… soooo I’d love to be accountability buddies, if you’re up for it, girl! 🫂💕
