Today’s lineup: 🍕 Cheese 🍕 Pepperoni 🍕 Pepperoni, ham, onion & canned mushrooms — because you know who you’re dealing with. I grabbed the dough from Peace, Love, and Pizza again and fired up the ItaliaForno . And I THINK I finally figured out the crispy-bottom-without-burning-the-top situation. Unfortunately, I figured it out approximately one pizza too late. 😑 But the other pizzas? PERFECT.
