As a gymnast I think both sports are hard but I think gymnastics is a little harder but imagine doing flips on a four inch beam and there is more events so that’s why I think gymnastics is a bit harder then all star cheer

Both are extremely hard and you can’t really compare because gymnastics is individual and cheer is a team effort I do both and I honestly can’t find a difference between both some things in cheer are harder than things in gymnastics like flipping onto peoples hands but gymnastics has its own hardness like flipping onto a 4 inch beam or doing bars but I believe it’s not really a fair argument because both are hard just in their own ways
