@bellydough: What started as “let’s see how this goes” turned into 432 loaves! 🤎 My first month as a home baker has officially wrapped up with 432 sourdough breads and 10 different inclusions. Honestly, I’m proud, grateful and maybe slightly exhausted 😅 At the same time, I’m trying to find a better and more effortless method that doesn’t drain all my energy, but still gives me that beautiful, open and soft crumb I love. Doing everything as one women show is definitely a challenge, but I’m slowly learning to manage my time, energy and production better. The next challenge is developing a sourdough recipe specially for postage orders. Adjusting the recipe so the bread can stay soft, delicious and enjoyable for at least 6 days after baking without using any preservatives or added ingredients for my basic dough📦❤️ Still learning, still experimenting, still figuring things out. One loaf, one lesson, and one sleepy baker at a time. 😂 #sourdough
