Everytime I hear inflammation I always think of the Mel Robbins podcast with Dr Lucia Aronica where she spoke about the epi genetic diet. Main caveat being that broccoli sprouts chop 30-40 mins before consumption create an abundance of NRF2 switching on around 200 genetic switch’s for inflammation reduction in the body. Since you said there’s not much research around it couldn’t hurt to try, it’s just food 🤷♂️( not an expert ) All the Best !

Just because you don’t have surface level coochie scarring from endo, doesn’t mean you don’t have deep tissue endo either btw. Don’t invalidate your pain! IT IS NOT NORMAL AS A WOMAN to be experiencing full body pain at random all the time!
