@sfchronicle: Body-camera footage released Wednesday shows San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York being pulled from a rental vehicle, handcuffed and questioned by police during an undercover prostitution investigation in Ohio. Police arrested York on Sunday morning after he arrived at the mobile home community in response to an online advertisement posted as part of an undercover operation by the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force, according to an incident report obtained by the Chronicle. York initially faced misdemeanor charges of engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools, specifically his phone. Prosecutors amended the prostitution charge to disorderly conduct, and York pleaded no contest Monday to disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools in Columbiana County Municipal Court. He was sentenced to one day in jail on both charges, to be served concurrently, with credit for time served, according to court records. He was fined $1,150. The $160 seized from York was ordered forfeited to the task force, and his cellphone was returned. York also completed an online course as part of the resolution of the case.
