If the tanker was in front then the other truck should have given way, if not then the tanker driver should have backed off and allowed the other truck to pass.

Right or wrong. The truck went over unbroken lanes. If there was a fatality by hitting an oncoming vehicle the driver of the trailer would be in jail waiting for a court appearance date!

The news reporter’s need to come for a drive with us to see what we all have to put up with each night , cars driving behind us within there high beams on blinding us or when they come up to us then they light us all up , or u overtake a car they don’t like it so they speed pass us then get in front then brake heavy so we come close to hitting them , or they don’t give way to us when we want to change lanes

The reporter should comprehend the traffic laws instead of claiming the semi attempted to overtake the tanker. The tanker needed to give way as per traffic laws.
