Good founders are smart enough to almost grasp the technical bit of whatever startup they have, well educated technicians often present boring information with numerous holes (naysayers) in the venture so the founder looks for people dropouts with a can-do attitude which often means these guys aren't educated enough to see the pitfalls of the startup
