Reminds me when I had to explain to a nurse that you cannot do the normal Neuro assessment on someone who has severe Alzheimers… He doesn’t even know what year it is in the first place. You gotta ask him things he would normally know the answer to. 😭

I dont remember alot from when I had brain surgery but I do remember the one nurse who had to look up and think for a minute when they asked me what day it was. I hope theyre still rocking it out there where ever they are.
