Air Tanzania, my recent experience flying from Dar es Salaam back to Kenya was quite disappointing. We experienced a delay of over 4 hours, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and disrupted our plans. Delays can happen in aviation, but passengers deserve timely and clear communication about what is happening and why.I hope Air Tanzania takes such feedback seriously and works on improving its reliability and passenger communication. We choose airlines expecting professionalism, punctuality, and good customer service. ✈️

Ukichelewa na hujafika kwa wakati utaratibu unafuata (A no-show occurs when a ticketed passenger fails to check in for or board a scheduled flight without informing the airline in advance). Wapo sahihi kabisa kama abiria kachelewa na bila kutoa taarifa.
