Its our brain chemistry to comfort and protecting us from the shock of death before the system shuts down completely. The brain keeps working for a while even the body is dead. Its been recorded under MRI with actively dying patients who are called dead during the MRI. The part of our brain which is responsible for dreams is extremely active after death for a while. So yeah, there is no NDE or heaven or anything else. Its just our brain, showing us comforting things feelings and images that are coded “safe” in our brain, during our lifetime.
