I would go in 15 minutes early it suits me. I also take an extra 15 minutes break during the day when it suits me. management know this, say nothing

I often got told by managers at the start of shifts that I was “cutting it close” and I should b there slightly earlier for the “start of shift briefs” or “team building talks” instead of starting those and 8:50 when it’s a 9 o’clock start, they should start them at 9 o’clock until 10 past

yes !!!! I work til 14:00. 14:01 I'm at the door. literally. I start at 6:00 I come in 5:58/59 and klok in. yes , other employees giving comments about coming in "last minute " and leaving exactly at time. been doing this sinds day one. it's my signature now 😉

I used to but now I turn laptop on at 8am I have my full half an hour lunch away from it and switch it off at 4pm. No extra time from me. Not paid for it and no time off in lieu.

I’m in early but i like being at work no stress of traffic, I chill watch my phone etc. and when I leave I try to get out on time but I’m my team need a hand I’ll help them because I’m a decent person but I will leave on time most times. + overtime is not my thing rather finish.
