Anyone can build the answer. The real skill is mapping every case. Most people think automating your email is simple: the AI reads it, the AI replies. And that works — on the easy ones. Then the real world shows up. One email rambles for six paragraphs. One refers back to a conversation from three weeks ago. One is missing the very thing you'd need to answer it. And the little email answerer you built falls apart. Here's the real skill, the part almost nobody shows you — because it all happens before you build a single thing. You MAP. You write out every kind of email that really comes in, and every messy edge case with it: the refund, the angry one, the one that points back to an old thread, the one you'd have to hand to a human. The whole territory, before you touch a single tool. Then you go deeper than you'd expect.

You write out every kind of email that really comes in, and every messy edge case with it: the refund, the angry one, the one that points back to an old thread, the one you'd have to hand to a human. The whole territory, before you touch a single tool. Then you go deeper than you'd expect. "Figure out what they want" is really several steps hiding inside one: what kind of email is this, do I need the past conversation, do I have enough to answer or do I go pull more context first. Each answer sends it down a different path. Because a refund, an angry complaint, and a "where's my order" each need completely different handling — some the AI runs start to finish, some it gathers context first, some it hands straight to you. And you design the whole chain at once, from a bird's-eye view: if step two reads the email wrong, step ten sends the wrong reply. A tiny miss at the start becomes a disaster at the end. Do that, and you get something that answers the right way, handles the cases you'd really hit, and can even tell you why its answer was right. That's the difference between a demo and a system that holds up. And it goes way past email — your leads, your support, your whole operation get built the exact same way. Anyone can build the answer. The real skill is mapping every case before you build it. That's exactly what I teach, step by step, from your very first map. It's all in my profile. #automation #aiautomation #aiagent #aiemployee
