I use it daily, I am a sys admin and I can tell you it's awesome, but it has some flaws, when you have some tabs open it can be memory hungry from time to time. Every update fixes one thing and breaks another. Also have the weird collapsing of my treeview when I edit something. But still overall a really fun tool, and now with ControlR support, search that, you'll find that interesting if you take over remote devices outside of your network.

I’ve used RDM for years. Two jobs ago we had the team version with the SQL backend. More recently it’s only been the local version. I don’t typically store creds in it so I do sync the local DB with OneDrive or Dropbox. Works well if Windows or macOS. Highly recommend.
