The system can only work if it stays incorruptible and VDM statements doesn’t destroy their reputation but rather strengthen them in a way that they will be able to charged those corrupt officers and correct their mistakes. Silence makes the corruption unstoppable. Do not think the people that invite VDM are not aware of this. They are passing a message through VDM. Think. For you to beat an adversary you have to behave like that adversary.
