I went there yesterday for breakfast. staff were in the kitchen for 20 minutes with earphones on and their backs to us, so we seated ourselves. after another 10 minutes, they came and served us. 20 minutes later they came and told us they were out of a menu item we ordered, so reordered. 20 min later they came and told us something else was out of stock. they hadnt even started our food and we'd been there for over an hour. AWFUL.

Booked for a birthday here THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE turned up on the date and there were no balloons or cake set up on our table I had to go to the waitress and tell her THREE times that we paid extra for birthday balloons etc then she went to another table that had balloons set up and casually took off one of their balloons and then she told me they were out of the birthday cakes included and we only had one option which was the pizza which had Nutella ice cream on it and that was yuck waste of spending extra and even waste of booking how many weeks in advance
