Regardless of whether it’s right or wrong it’s not his job to police the roads. If he wants to do that then he needs to become a police officer. Best thing to do is to continue driving as it’s a road and if Mikey gets hit then he shouldn’t be dangerously positioned in the middle of a road for a prolonged period of time.
