To elaborate.. the muscle mass the strength that you must have in your lower extremities your legs your feet ..Toes .. that has to be built up!! honest question.. did you teach yourself or were you showed /taught by another ?? seriously just asking because my niece was just born and she also will live with no full capability of her arms
