@museelouvre: 🇫🇷 Le 29 août 1780 naît Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres à Montauban. L’occasion de revenir sur un mystère encore non résolu : l’étrange cas d’une œuvre disparue qui devait répondre à la célèbre « Grande Odalisque », actuellement exposée au musée du Louvre, salle 702, aile Denon, niveau 1.  ∴ 🌍 Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres was born in Montauban on August 29, 1780. This provides an opportunity to revisit a mystery that remains unsolved: the strange case of a missing work intended to be a counterpart to the famous "Grande Odalisque," currently on display at the Musée du Louvre, room 702, Denon wing, level 1.

Roasted Garlic Bone Marrow Toasts 🦴🧄🥰 Follow me for more healthy recipes PRO TIP: Keep the bones to make bone broth! (Recipe coming) Ingredients * 4–6 split bone marrow bones * 1 whole head garlic * Olive oil * Kosher salt * Black pepper * Paprika * 1–2 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped * Fresh cilantro, chopped * Fresh parsley, chopped * Sourdough bread * Pickled red onions * Flaky sea salt Instructions 1. Soak the marrow bones Place the bones in cold, salted water and refrigerate overnight. Drain and pat completely dry. 2. Roast the garlic Cut the top off the garlic head. Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Wrap in foil and roast at 400°F for 35–45 minutes, until golden and completely soft. 3. Roast the marrow Heat oven to 450°F. Season the marrow bones with salt, black pepper and paprika. Place marrow-side up and roast for 15–20 minutes, until bubbling, golden and soft. 4. Make the marrow mixture Add the chopped cilantro, parsley and tomatoes to a bowl. Scoop the hot bone marrow directly into the herb and tomato mixture. Squeeze in the roasted garlic and gently mash everything together. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Toast the sourdough Toast thick slices of sourdough until golden and crispy. Generously spoon the marrow mixture over the toast. 6.
