What an absolute crazy day today. We were pouring a very high Detail Concrete pool deck with Mexican Beach pebble thrown on top. this Neighbor started harassing us very early in the morning. Demanding, we showed her our permits, claiming that the alleyway was blocked when in fact, it was not. she didn’t throw to call ice on us and I told her to go inside and to call the police, if she had a problem which she did. The police showed up and we amicably decided to do our own thing. She then comes out of her house with the broom, and starts brooming dirt from the alley directly onto our Concrete, even though that was not our dirt. I then called the police back because now she’s vandalizing our Concrete, and she claimed that I made her bleed and assaulted her, which was a complete lie. The police showed up We showed them the videos of everything that happened and they saw that she was actually the aggressor, and they took a note of how much damage was done to the Concrete, and they decided to arrest her. This is not the first time we have an encounter with this woman. The first time was the very First day We started this project. She was yelling at us saying that we were causing all of this dust in the alley even though we were only working in the front Yard not in the backyard. I gave her my phone number and addressed all of her concerns with kindness, and we’ve even hose down the entire alley. Two times to address her concerns. She was causing so much chaos that everybody was distraught and distracted, and the Concrete ended up with a very bad finish, and I was speaking with the police almost the entire time, so I was not able to manage the project accordingly, and now all of the Concrete has to be removed.
