All I can say is, I hope Nvidia crashes and burns. AI burning doesn't feel as likely because corporations are desperate to dump people for essentially free labor to increase profit. I imagine they won't want to let that idea go and will ride it as long as they can.

Let’s say the ai bubble burst, the stock market crashes, what is the best thing to buy now to prepare for it? Gold? I’m 22 a bit hesitant to invest in individual stock, should I just stick to etfs, but wouldn’t everything just crash if the ai bubble bursts

Umm as someone who made it through the dot.com crash it’s really just a market correction as expectation meets reality. This will keep happening with each wave of technology incremental change
