@sunnierdaysnetwork: 🖤Adopted🩶 🚨 OKI🩶 DEADLINED 9/2 🚨 A009959 | 9-month-old Aussie mix 📍 Animal Resource Center of the Inland Empire — Ontario, CA Oki has spent 79 days of his puppyhood in the shelter, and he needs someone willing to give him a real chance. 💔 Oki was briefly adopted but unfortunately he was returned because he was very active and had difficulty settling down. He’s only 9 months old and an Aussie mix. Oki needs a home that understands his energy and can give him the exercise, enrichment, training, and routine he’s missing in a kennel. Now that he’s back, the stress of shelter life is becoming too much. He pants heavily, jumps, and struggles to settle. Staff have noticed a bloody nose expected to be from his kennel stress. 🥺 This puppy is overwhelmed and needs out. 😭 Outside of his kennel, Oki is described as a social, happy and affectionate boy. He loves chest and ear rubs, rope toys, PLAYING IN WATER, and walks well on leash. 💗 He has also done well with other dogs in playgroup and recently had a positive meet-and-greet with a child. He’s only 9 months old.
