you still need to make sure the there is enough room above the printer for the model to move as it will be taller then tower.

That will cause imperfections on the print, going up and down it might cause a compressed layer or loose layer.

eu sempre briguei por isso. nunca houve lógica p fazer a torre de purga acompanhar a altura da peca . era só deixar ela sendo feita quando houvesse mudanca de cor. Aleluia! parabéns pelo video

Wow! Thanks. I just did this very thing last night and wish I’d seen this before 🤬😂 I’ve been printing 10 years but just walk up to it and print something useful now and then. I’m out of the tinkering loop totally.

how long does it take for the nozzle to move from the bottom of the plate where the prime slab is back to the right layer on the model, and how much plastic will ooze out during that time and how much pressure you lose because of it? Guessing we will see increasing amount of "why there is squiggly noodels on the side of my print?" posts because of this.
