I did attend this event as an investor and the government has also consider land owners and investors to negotiate on equity for this project instead of just selling their land. Whats more challenging is property amalgamation and discussing equity among 3 to 4 landowners joint into a single development. But also the biggest challenge developing high density properties is infrastructure focusing on road expansions, water, waste collection and reliable electricity. Through corridors such as sam nujoma and shekilango a plan has to be implemented of allowing high density buildings whereby the developer has confirmed proper designated areas of parking and systems, fire access and the above mentioned infrastructures otherwise sinza redevelopment is very good plan 👍🏾
