@knottylocks15: If I were to start my hair ventilation brand again here are three things I'II do differently. First, I will Invest in knowledge at every opportunity I have: I mean when I started my business, I was always scared to invest in knowledge, maybe because the funds weren't there but I was always comfortable with the knowledge I knew. Thankfully I didn't meet a bad problem betore I made a decision to invest in my brand whenever I had the opportunity to. Second, I wouldn't want to serve everyone: Yes, hair ventilation is a broad field, when I started I wanted to serve everyone, I mean every client and most times I had to loose money cause I wanted to fit into their budget. I niched down to a particular audience and it has helped focus more on who I wanted to serve. Third, I would be consistent from day 1. If I had known consistency is key,! would have started from the first day my business began. Its been a year I decided to be consistent and the results is just mind blowing. #hairventilation #business #ventilators #hairventilators
