this would never happen in germany, america needs to adopt germany's regulations for driver's education, american's drive with ego & pride on their shoulders, that doesn't belong on a highway, i hate american drivers & i'm one, but after driving in germany, i've learned a lot, we give driver's licenses to mental 4 year olds tantrum throwers, both those drivers should be arrested & have their driver's licenses revoked, education is the answer & cost, in germany it's roughly $1,500 to $3,500 to get your license & a 3 to 6 month class, everyone learns the same things & the same way, no more of this bullshit $30 & a pamphlet, everyone educates themselves...
