@feliciajohnson089: Sharing my go-to remedies for Hashimoto's: * Acupuncture * Probiotics (a definite must!) * Magnesium glycinate (taken at night) * Fish oil * COq10 * Light stretches * Epsom salt soaking baths (just remember not to lie down in them) * Red light therapy * D3 * Spinal adjustments (with a chiropractor) #Hashimotos #HealthTips #TikTokShopMyWellnessJourney #Autoimmune #NaturalRemedies
One symptom I haven't seen people mention is daily head pressure with a constant headache. (worse in the morning) does anyone else deal with this?

When you say red light therapy… is that just like your face, hair and neck? Or is there some whole body thing?

Have you tried the vibration plate? I do that every morning too for 10-15min and it helps with circulation and lymphatic drainage! I was having issues during a bad flare up!

As a PT, I’d love to see PT on that list and less emphasis on chiropractic work as a general recommendation. To me, that’s going to work for some people and not for others. Same with acupuncture.
