He’s an American livestreamer and gaming personality who originally became well known in the fighting-game community, particularly for playing Street Fighter. He became much more famous outside fighting games because of his rage, trash talk, arguments with opponents/viewers, and rage-quitting. Clips of his streams have been reposted and edited into memes for years. His most recognizable meme is the clip where he’s staring into the camera with lightning edited around him during an extremely hostile rant. That clip has been endlessly remixed, including versions that reverse its meaning into an exaggerated motivational speech. So basically: LTG = fighting-game streamer → notorious trash-talker/rager → massive internet meme. He remains an active streamer and is also a controversial figure because of his conduct and statements online.
