@nationalupdatespk: Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, COAS & CDF, visited Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), Wah, Pakistan’s largest defence industrial complex. 🇵🇰 During the visit, the Field Marshal reviewed POF’s production capabilities, export potential and role in strengthening Pakistan’s defence industrial base. He was briefed on the indigenous development and production of military equipment and witnessed tests and trials of locally designed and manufactured arms and ammunition. The Field Marshal was also briefed on POF’s corporatisation process, indigenisation and upgradation efforts, including the installation of two new industrial plants expected to begin production by the end of the year.
