It took the first responders 4-5 min to get to the scene. She was not conscious and only moaned. They placed a OPA. Consciousness must be very low for a patient to tolerate that. I know bc this used to be my daily job. I doubt that she spoke, let alone in full sentences, as the husband claims. It's not IMPOSSIBLE that her status declined massively in those 4 min; but how was her core temp 27 °C after 15 minutes in - 1 weather?
