I wish someone had handed me THIS before my first 8 weeks! ✅ WEEKS 1–2: DON’T PANIC. I expected to immediately know exactly how Reta was going to feel. Nope. 😂 👉 One day can feel completely different from another. 👉 Side effects can show up before the progress you were hoping to see. 👉 And “I don’t feel much” does NOT automatically tell you what the overall trend is doing. This is where I wish I had started tracking from DAY ONE. ✅ WEEKS 3–4: STOP JUDGING IT BY TODAY. This was a big one for me. One hungrier day? One weird scale day? One week that feels different? I used to immediately think something had changed. 👉 This is when I started paying way more attention to PATTERNS instead of individual days. 📲 And this is exactly why I use the Stackr app now — ⚖️ trend, symptoms, mood, energy, and everything else is in one place instead of living in my extremely unreliable memory. 😂 ✅ WEEKS 5–6: THE DATA STARTS GETTING INTERESTING. 👀 Once you have several weeks logged, you can actually look BACK. 👉 Is your overall trend moving? 👉 Are certain symptoms happening at the same point each week? 👉 How do you feel compared with a MONTH ago — not compared with yesterday? This was when I realized how many small changes I would’ve completely missed. ✅ WEEKS 7–8: THIS IS WHY I DON’T MAKE DECISIONS FROM ONE RANDOM TUESDAY ANYMORE. 😂 By now, you’ve got something way more useful than a single weigh-in or one day’s appetite: a pattern. And THAT’S what I wish I’d understood from the beginning. It isn’t something I want to evaluate based on “how do I feel today?” I want the receipts. 🧾😂 That’s why I research + track everything in the Stackr app now. Because my memory will absolutely rewrite history. My logs won’t. 😂
