When you say nuclear is future, I’m assuming you’re talking about SMR’s as building a nuclear plant is extremely expensive. Take entirely too long in the NRC changes their mind every 10 minutes when companies are building it.

My allocation is similar but way more simplistic than your allocation. 33% gold (started buying 2001), 33% real estate (international (UK) rentals, not including my residence) & bitcoin (since 2016). I rebalance every couple of years. I’m doing ok 👍 😬
