The information is not complete. Here is what I have researched and found (note that it may as well be incomplete or stale as new information is added very rapidly): there are about 47 glacial lakes identified by UNDP that pose a great threat to human settlements. 42 of them are in the Koshi Basin (not Koshi Province). All 47 stretch across Nepal (21), Tibet (25), India (1). They may burst in the future but there is no immediate threat and they won't burst all at once.
