@muchhyaa: banana brownie cheesecake🍌🍫🧀🍰 1. melt 40 gr unsalted butter sm dark chocolate 2. mash 3 ripe bananas 3. add : • 1 tbsp sugar • 1 egg • the melted butter and dark choco • 2 tbsp cocoa pwdr • a pinch of salt • 4 tbsp all purpose flour mix it until well combined 4. pour the batter into baking pan and gently tap it on the counter to remove any air bubbles 5. cheesecake layer: • 160 gr cream cheese • 1 egg • 2 tbsp sugar • 200 ml whipping cream • 1 tbsp cornstarch mix until smooth 6. pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter, than tap the pan on the counter again 7. bake in preheated oven 180°C for 25-30 mins/until the top is lightly browned 8. let it cool completely, then chill it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours/ until fully set and its donee! #cheesecake #bananabrownies #browniescheesecake #cookingrecipes #4u
