under normal circumstances this case would have been thrown out due to lack of evidence and improper investigation, however, since its such an emotional case it was pushed forward just to say they convicted anyone

I came into this hating her for “what she did.” I tried to ignore all the media, because as a mom who struggled with PPD, it angered me. Because for me, it was insane obsessions over fear of something happening to my kids. So I thought “how could she DO this?!” Then I started watching the trial. I definitely no longer feel that way towards her. I don’t know who did it, but I know this “investigation” was big time messed up and that a lot of things don’t sit right with me.

I went in non biased. I’m an Acute NP literally my job to notice details and create a plan to save a life. I understand the science behind the meds and the injuries. The lack of evidence is mind blowing. The evidence available leaves massive holes in what happened in that house.

I do not envy this jury, they have a massive amount of inconsistencies and so many witnesses that lied on the stand. The evidence doesn't really point to anyone. So how they can come up with a verdict is beyond me. Not to mention the breaks, sidebars, shortened day, dismissals. All of that plays a huge part. Them asking to see the 🔪 and pill bottles, is telling me they are literally trying to put the pieces to the puzzle because the prosecution didn't help in anyway. Hung jury or innocent is my prediction.

Agree. Not convinced it happened as it has been reported/depicted. Whenever someone’s depression suddenly “lifts” after struggling for months, having intrusive thoughts- to the point of needing hospitalization , the risk of suicide increases. She should have been with someone -an adult at ALL times & her children NEVER left alone in her care.
