I don’t think many people will be travelling with easyJet after this I’ve seen sooo many people stranded in different locations without representatives to help their customers absolutely disgusting of them, a billionaire company can’t look after their customers it’s a joke.

the travel shoild provide hotel etc. if not you need to keep receipts etc of what you spend. send complaint/info to the CAA. happened to us in june with jet2 but they provided hotel etc. got £350pp back for cancelled flight due to the miles as we was in cyprus

Tui flight got cancelled for a day and got put in the scabbiest hotel ever 😵‍💫

Just happened to me in Milan flight got cancelled to bhx we had to stay 2 extra nights find accommodation etc they didn’t help one bit, and the only flight we could book was to Edinburgh, took me 9 hours to get home after the flight. The easy jet reps said the next flight to Birmingham is on the 4th September that’s is 6 days away so had no choice but to go Edinburgh

Happened to me on Friday was literally near Stansted airport when our easyJet flight was cancelled, we couldn't afford to repay for new flights so just went to London instead 😂 never been so gutted we was off to Amsterdam 😔

If you choose to not get a refund they legally have to put you on the next flight even if it’s on another airline and if it’s over night they put you in a hotel all free as long as you don’t choose refund because soon as you get a refund your out of easyJet’s hands
